Before the construction of the water stable layer, the side formwork shall be erected at the hard shoulder and the part without planned kerb to prevent the water stable layer from pouring out of the planned sideline during the pouring construction of the water stable layer. When the side formwork is erected, the formwork setting out shall be carried out first, and the formwork shall be calibrated and inspected after the formwork is reinforced. Confirm that the formwork meets the planned needs and is approved by the supervising engineer. The pouring of water stable layer can be carried out only after the pouring of water stable layer is allowed
Before the formal commencement of the water stable layer, the test section with a length of 100 ~ 200m shall be paved at the address approved by the supervising engineer. In the process of paving the test section, special personnel shall be assigned to hang the line for measurement, make investigations and records, and discuss and solve various problems found. The test section shall be carried out under the supervision of the supervising engineer. Assuming that the test section is approved and inspected by the supervising engineer, it can be used as part of the durable project. If any part of the test section is unqualified, the part shall be excavated, and then the test of the test section shall be carried out until it reaches the standard required for compounding.
